Victoria Woodards is a community leader, public servant, and woman of faith dedicated to strengthening communities and uplifting others.
She served the City of Tacoma, Washington as both Mayor and City Councilmember and also served as President of the National League of Cities, representing municipal leaders from across the country.
Throughout her career, Victoria has been guided by a deep commitment to service, equity, and faith.
She believes leadership is rooted in humility, compassion, and the courage to walk boldly in one’s purpose.
Victoria is passionate about encouraging women to trust their calling, lead authentically, and use their gifts to make a meaningful difference in their communities and in the lives of others.
